Founder/CEO

Candice brings 11 years of experience with the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. She holds degrees from the College of Southern Maryland, Bowie State University, and the University of Baltimore. Candice is passionate about mentoring young women and is excited to support Refined Diamonds, Inc.’s mission of “Refining One Diamond at a Time.”

Treasurer & Secretary

Karen is a Senior Human Resources Specialist with the United States Secret Service and has over 25 years of federal service experience. She holds degrees from the College of Southern Maryland and the University of Maryland Global Campus. Karen is honored to support Refined Diamonds, Inc. and help make a positive impact on the lives of young women.

Administrative Assistant & Secretary II

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and has worked with the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services for four years. Originally from Mexico, she is bilingual in English and Spanish and previously worked as a translator. Linda is excited to support Refined Diamonds, Inc. and help young women discover opportunities for success.

Volunteer Coordinator

Lasea Westbrook is a dedicated educator-in-training and former Special Education Assistant with a passion for serving children and her community. Known for her joyful spirit and commitment to helping others, she looks forward to supporting Refined Diamonds, Inc. and inspiring young women to grow with confidence and purpose.

Marketing Director

Fernanda is a marketing professional with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and bringing people together. With experience in events, tourism, tech, and digital communications, she enjoys developing content and campaigns that inspire engagement and build strong communities. Fernanda is excited to support Refined Diamonds, Inc. and help empower young women.
