Refined Diamonds, Inc. is a mentoring program serving teen girls in the Southern Maryland region that have hidden exceptional characteristics and potential for greatness. We are a safe haven for girls to be heard, seen and understood. Our mission is to empower, educate and elevate today's youth that are our future leaders through providing academic/career development, leadership development and life skills development.

To boldly impact the Southern Maryland region by refining distinguished young ladies to become women of excellence that will effectively impact their local communities through their purpose, creativity and character.
